STEVE SPANGLER

Steve Spangler is the business side, Spangler is the founder and CEO of Steve Spangler Science, a Denver-based company specializing in the creation of educational toys and kits and hands-on science training services for teachers.

Steve Spangler Science and Scientific Explorer had previously had a contract together for Scientific Explorer to manufacture, package, market and sell various products developed by Spangler.

The Steve Spangler Science website offers over 900 educational products and a free experiment and video library filled with hundreds of Steve’s favorite experiments. Steve has been described as a “teacher’s teacher” as he spent years in the Cherry Creek School District as a teacher himself and now tours the country presenting exciting.

Steve Spangler Science received the MCM Awards’ Website of the Year honors. Though we like to think that it’s kind of a big deal to take home one of the major awards (at least in my mind, as the MAC Awards director, lol), Steve Spangler wasn’t there to accept the award (COO Jeff Brooks was there for the company).

He is well-known and greatly respected by teachers who are “in the know.” Steve has learned the secret of getting people to learn and love science: GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY!
