ROBERT STAREK

Robert Starek is a co-founder of Notice Technologies. Mr Starek is an expert in Microsoft’s .NET technology who holds 11 patents in information and data architecture.

Most recently, Robert developed the technology behind Pinion Software’s Digital Rights Management enterprise application suite while serving as their Director of Research until its acquisition in 2007.

Prior to Pinion, Robert was a co-founder of Stratfor.com, where he developed technologies that are used today by the US Department of Defense and other government and corporate entities.
