Jordan Goldman is a 26 year old CEO of Unigo, a college resources and community site based in New York City. Jordan’s alumni network from Wesleyan has had a huge influence on his career. The network includes Frank Sica, former president of Soros Private Fund Management, who is the main investor in the company and Tom Rogers, the CEO of TiVo on the advisory board.
Jordan Goldman has a talent for getting noticed. Born and raised in Staten Island, he graduated from Wesleyan in 2004, spent two post-grad years in England and, upon his return to his native city, lived in 16 different sublets in the next two years. Unigo is a new platform for college students to share reviews, photos, videos, documents, and more with students on their campus and across the country.
In September, Jordan launched Unigo.com, a college review site that offers high schoolers an undergrads’ take on university life, with student-generated reviews, photos, and videos of over 250 universities across the country. Backed by ConsumerSearch.com co-founder Carl Hamann and Northstar Realty director Frank Sica, Unigo hit 1.35 million page views in its first week.
