Ash Singh, 27, is Director of interactive.sg. Currently vice president of Imagine OmniMedia. Relocating to Singapore, Singh assumes the directorship of Ad. WRIGHT’s Networks division, where he manages a team of employees from India, China, UK, Denmark, and the United States.

Ash Singh is a force of nature. He has truly earned his stripes in the Internet business ventures and intiatives that he has created. That’s why people flock to listen to him as he gives lectures.

Given his multiple origins (Chinese, Canadian and Singaporean), he is capable of having a much broader picture of people and things, and this can be sometimes INDISPENSABLE.

Interactive of Imagine OmniMedia, a Singapore based media ventures company focuses on reality television in Asia. Ash is responsible for interactive elements for productions which include The Contender Asia.

Singh is also committed to supporting the local business community and to nurturing young local business talent. He co-heads the chapter of the Young Venture Capital Society, is a lecturer, speaker and honorary judge for business venture competitions at the INSEAD Business School.

As an active member in the Sikh community, Singh currently serves as the Chief Evangelist of Sikhnet.com. He founded Sikhiwiki.org – The Encyclomedia for Sikh, Sikhpal.com. His passion to preserve the Sikh identity after the 9/11 lead the creation of RateMyTurban.com a site dedicated to promting the turban which has been viewed by millions of people around the globe.

He was recently hailed as “the greatest modern benefactor the turban ever had”. His work has been featured on the BBC, Yahoo, and other media outlets around the globe.

In recognition of his many accomplishments and commitment to the community, Singh was recently honored with the Canadian Centennial Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence and Community Service.
