There is hope for frustrated online web marketers

How long have you been online now? Do you consider yourself a newbie because you just got into Internet/web marketing or because you have not succeeded in making a dime online?

Well, don’t be in a hurry to answer that question. The bottom line is that you have NO results and you are frustrated to the point of despair.

Maybe you are one of the many enthusiastic web marketers who have worked very hard to promote their websites, but have seen little to no results. You feel like your efforts have all been in vain. You check your site and affiliate account stats religiously, but nothing seems to change. The very thought of starting all over again literally breaks your heart and makes your bones ache!!

There is no more mental strength…you constantly feel exhausted, and other success stories don’t inspire you any more….they just plain IRRITATE YOU!

The most frustrating thing is that you know that other people are making $5k,$10k,$15k,$25k+ a month from their affiliate products and services, but you have absolutely nothing to show for all your efforts.

It seems like every Harry, Dick, Tom, and Susan can sell affiliate products on the Internet and make a comfortable living EXCEPT you. So…..is it because they all have a special skill or can ANYBODY really make money on the Internet?

At this stage, you have your doubts, and the level of negativity in you is quite high, and you are starting to see scams everywhere. If this is your case, then you need to hang in there and don’t give up just yet!

Don’t despair, there is good news. You need to know that with an average intelligence, ANYBODY can make a comfortable income for themselves via online web marketing. If there is one thing that you need, it is patience. It is true that there is usually a lot of hype in these circles, but this does not nullify the authenticity and money making reality of many of these systems.

When you do affiliate marketing online, there are certain compulsory and unavoidable tasks that you must be willing to perform. These tasks are not computer or rocket science; they simply require very high levels of focus, determination and hard work. There simply is no magic involved. The underlying principle in business 101 (online or offline), is that there needs to be a buy – sale transaction. In other words, you will have to find buyers to sell your product or service. The more buyers you can find, the more money you will make. If someone tells you otherwise, they are simply lying to you. The skills you need to make affiliate marketing work for you are the same you use amongst your friends and family. You really do not need to be computer wizard – far from it!

All successful Internet marketers or web entrepreneurs have these TWO things in common:

1. They all sell THEIR OWN PRODUCTS & SERVICES. In doing so, they establish credibility and affirm their authority in their field. Once this is done, and they have branded themselves, doing affiliate marketing now becomes a breeze.
2. A well thought out sales funnel. They all have extremely strong “front-end” products. This process is one of the most effective and lucrative methods out there. So, basically, they have a front end product with numerous up sells each leading to further backend sales. Check out any successful online web entrepreneur, and you will see something similar to what I am describing.

Having your product or service allows you to stand out from the crowd. Everyone is unique, and so are you. There is no one out there that can say the same thing millions are saying with YOUR voice. Only YOU can speak and sound in a certain way. Most of your potential customers already know half of the things you are going to tell them. What they are really looking for is a voice that they can relate to and be reassured by.

If you feel like you can’t write an e-book, or create a “life-changing” software, then just write a report. You will be amazed at how easy this is…don’t try to write like someone else, just write like YOU.

Having your own unique report allows you to build your own list, and having your own list should remain on the top of your priorities when it comes to making money on the web. Once you have your list, you can now build a relationship with your subscribers and propose them your products or complimentary ones according to their needs.

Once you have successfully established your voice, and you have built sufficient trust amongst your readers/customers, doing affiliate marketing will prove to be surprisingly easy.

Don’t treat your customers like “customers”. Treat them like sensitive human beings with emotions and feelings. So rather than recommend every new product out there just to make a quick buck, try to recommend only products that you personally use, or know very well. Otherwise, you will lose all the credibility and the integrity that would have taken you time and effort to build.

If you feel challenged by the creation of your very own product or service, outsource it! You can find people whom you can pay to create incredible products for you. Trust me when I tell you that, a high percentage of the so-called money making “gurus” you see out there, did not entirely create their own products or services. They simply gave some guidelines of things they absolutely wanted to see, and had it made. The rest of this secret is “classified”!
